When would my order ship?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

What if my package is late or lost?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or late packages.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now we only offer shipping in the United States and Canada.

Due to the nature of our products, the products are intended for normal to very dry skin.
